Follow up with your Customers is paramount to the success of your business. A good relationship with your Customers doesn’t have to be with only the Salesperson.
Make a change – and get your Accounts team to build the relationship needed to ensure you get paid on time. Do what you say, and say what you mean. Honesty is the best policy and all parties know where they stand.
Have frank discussions with your Customers. Get to know them, and get to understand how they work, and how this fits with your expectations for payment.
